This Policy was reinstated and made effective on 30 October 2026 with Academic Board (AB) approval after having been previously rescinded on 3 July 2025. The Policy was previously rescinded due to an overhaul of the HDR policy suite for the Graduate Research School in 2025. This led to 13 HDR policy and procedure documents being rescinded including this HDR Graduate Attributes Policy. A new HDR Policy, HDR Procedure and HDR Scholarships procedure replaced the prior 13 documents. However, no replacement content was included which covered HDR graduate attributes which created a strategic and institutional gap. Therefore the rescission of this document has been reversed to address this. Updates will occur in 2027.Higher Degree by Research Graduate Attributes Policy
