Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Adjustment to Custodian approval pathway – only corporate procedures to be approved by Custodians, and academic and research procedures are approved by committees. Policy Manager now approves changes to the Policy Glossary (consequential revision from change to Delegations of Authority Schedule). Replacement of Policy Development Flow Chart with Policy Development Checklist at Appendix A.
