Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Staff feedback from the Process Reform initiative that the University Chancellor launched in May this year highlighted the time-consuming nature of submitting documentation for low-value credit card transactions. In response, the University removed the requirement to submit tax invoices or receipts for individual credit card expenses under $55 (inclusive of GST), streamlining the acquittal process and reducing administrative burden.
