Summary of Changes from Previous Version

All changes were made within the Responsibilities table. The responsibility of 'Member of the Survey Reference Group for surveys related to teaching', previously held by the DVCA, has been moved to the Director, Education & Student Experience. The same shared responsibility, previously also held by the DVCRE, has been moved to the Dean, Graduate Research School. The same shared responsibility also previously held by the PVCE and PVCFS has been deleted and these two positions removed.
