Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The majority of changes that have been made to the Course Delivery by Third Party Providers Policy are non-substantive, with updates reflecting changes to other associated policies, changes to delegations, and governance committee structures. The only substantive change is clarity that the application of this policy applies to non-award study and other learning, not just award delivery.

The policy has been reviewed in the context of relevant legislation and external regulation.

The policy was also updated to align with the principle of plain text and clarity for the reader. In addition, the responsibilities section has been amended with greater detail as to ownership of functions and processes.
