Summary of Changes from Previous Version
- now covers both staff and students;
- deals with bullying, harassment and discrimination in a consistent manner, given the significant overlap in these types of behaviours;
- are modelled off the UC Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedure;
- in conjunction with its related policy, incorporates UC's existing policy material on discrimination; and
- provides a clear, step-by-step process for reporting and managing complaints related to bullying, harassment, and discrimination to ensure that complaints are handled fairly, confidentially, and promptly.
